Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Training

Our trainings, whether in-person or online are designed to improve inter-personal relationship and create parallel power dynamic among staff and leadership. Our topics don’t shy away from addressing topics that are racist, sexist, xenophobic and other forms of discriminatory behaviors. We help staff become more aware of their own implicit biases and micro-aggressive practices, and interact with their peers in a culturally responsible manner.
